Field FOR RECRUITERS
I worked on a side project as a UX Designer at Field, working as a team member on various initiatives - from Information Architecture to designing and creating engaging experiences to drive conversions of field for Athletes and recruiters. We built a platform where coaches can see and analyze athlete’s data.
I work closely with my cross functional team to continually deliver designs while making effective trade-offs to iteratively deliver value to athletes.
I also help shape team processes and continually establish best practices around user experience and data-informed design.
BRANDING

Athletes are the main users of Field for networking, sports opportunities and inspiration from other Athletes.
I design for the initiative making it easier for athletes to discover opportunities and inspiration they need to be successful using the Field product - helping underprivileged Athletes of all levels, to go from “where do I get started?” all the way to “How do I get hired?”
